Our Story.
Feoda was born when our founders Ravi and Josh recognised the problems they were solving for businesses could also be solved for schools.
As parents, they saw what their children’s schools were dealing with when it came to enrolment, fee collection and administration. While commercial organisations had access to enterprise-grade finance and accounting software, most schools had to do with "small business" technology.
They realised the key to making a better solution accessible to schools was efficiency: if the new system created a high enough initial return on investment, it would open the door to adopting more powerful technology.
The first Feoda rollout created dramatic results: 2,000 hours of effort per year was won back from fee management alone. Since then, our mission has remained the same:

Originally from a finance and accounting background, Ravi's passion for technology inevitably led him to leadership roles in the ERP and cloud services space. An innovator at heart, the next logical step was founding his own technology company, where he'd be able to create his own solutions and see the difference they made firsthand. Since then, he's been solving business problems and enabling lasting change for multinational organisations in the finance, manufacturing and education sectors.
Josh Brownlie.
Chairman | Co-Founder
Josh spent his first 7 years as an auditor with KPMG in Sydney and Hong Kong and has a keen interest in the internal workings of various businesses and business types. He has since gained more than 15 years’ experience in developing and launching physical products, production processes, international business structures, web-based software systems and has worked with venture capital and investment banks.
Eben Illingworth.
Head of Marketing
After a decade as a network engineer and project manager for enterprise consultancies, Eben realised it was the people side of the technology space he loved the most. A whirlwind experience in a highly successful Australian start-up led him from presales to evangelism, and then to marketing. After running a successful consultancy of his own for several years, he was introduced to Ravi and Josh by a colleague and the rest was history.
Dave Blosfelds.
Chief Technology Officer
Dave has extensive experience in the wholesale, retail and ecommerce sectors and hands-on expertise in the design and development of software to facilitate better business processes. He also has experience as a start-up founder, developing mobile applications for both IOS and Android using Apache Cordova, Xcode and Android Studio.
Jerry Joseph.
Product Lead
With a background as a business software consultant and product manager, Jerry has worked with organisations spanning a variety of industries. His passion is figuring out how technology solutions can be used to mirror and improve busines processes. He’s been particularly focused on ERP implementation, solution design and product management and brings those same skills to the fore as the Feoda Product Lead.
